Someone on reddit was a participant in the ongoing HMI clinical trials, and was posting updates about their results. Another person decided to report the trial participant to the people running the trials (citing safety concerns or something), and then the participant got in trouble and has now deleted all of their posts regarding the trial and won't post anymore updates.
