She also gave him oral sex AFTER she supposedly had given "cues" that she wanted to leave and reject sex. She never said she felt a physical threat either so why did she keep engaging after this was occurring? Why not explicitly say no? At the points she was pulling her hands away why didn't she simply leave? It doesn't make sense.

I've worked with and have known a substantial amount of Indians and Pakistanis, the majority fit the bill of lazy, smelly and not particularly intelligent. A couple of Islamic Pakistanis who broke the stereotype and were genuinely hardworking decent people but stereotypes exist for a reason.
