A lot of you could benefit from the most simplest form of being seen as an attractive man - verbal communication. Being a social retard who's constantly on edge will leave you empty handed, regardless of other motives such as physical attractiveness, and status. The guys who get laid the most from all calibers of aesthetics are those who talk to women effortlessly, and are vibrant in personality. Cope all you want for other reasoning, but unless you have a facial deformity or are beyond a NW4 then there is no reason why you can't get laid.
At the end of the day it doesn't matter if you are an 5 or 8, if you don't talk to women then you wont get laid. It doesn't matter what you think or seen, the facts are there. Men who are social are the ones setting up the possibility, and chance to get laid.
I already know what the argument being brought forward is going to be "but but tinder, and pick up experiments say otherwise".This goes back to my beginning reasoning, perhaps you should attempt to not be a social retard and actually go out, and meet women. It should feel otherwise natural when you bump into a women, and socialize. Not some cringe worthy attempt to pick up every bird (PUA)

Great post though. In my head I even thought "hmmm even an 8/10 guy?" and then I remembered the one example I'd bring up often with debating Fred, when it came to a very handsome 8 or even 9 friend of mine, who was lousy with women, despite literally most of them expressing how hot they thought he was (and that's kind of, weird and extraordinary if you think about it, they didn't give a sh*t that we were his friends and would tell him).
And worse, he wasn't even that bad with talking to people, just couldn't flirt for sh*t and could never break into that next level past casual awkward "getting to know you" chit chat. Many times I left him to his own devices with some girl smiling and hugging him, I'd be thinking "he's got this, get out of the way" ... Then you could almost sense the drop in conversation, the silence, and sometimes in the time it took me to turn around for a minute to talk to someone else, and turn back, *poof* she's vanished. Absolutely mind-boggling.
So yes, he was going out regularly, early 20's, meeting women, talking to women (sort of), looking great, and banging a 4/10 every handful of months.
I've often written about how a lot of the time I can be quite extroverted, but I still have days (less so in the past few years) of being completely introvert as well, and the difference this can make is insane. When feeling assertive and fun, the mind clicks into gear in ways you don't even think about, and when not in that form, everything is a panic, your jokes come out wrong and are mis-understood, you want out and that becomes clear, and of course you get your wish very quickly.
No chick is going to wait around for some idiot grinning awkwardly and giving basic un-witty responses, and that's in the rare instances that she actually talks to you first (rare for like 90% of guys).
As for a socially awkward guy actually going up and talking first in an attempt to win her around?
Pah!
