How Advanced Is My Hair Loss At Age 18?

Took these photos a couple days ago. Just realized or at least am pretty sure I’m receding. What’s my outlook? I’m 18 years old and would like to keep a decent amount of hair until at least 30. Below are the photos. I notice in 2 of them it look really bad but in other two I don’t notice anything.

I can't tell as I don't know if your hair has always been like that. You will know better than any of us. Alot of people get a "mature hairline" as they call it when it slightly recedes but stays there. Are you noticing any shedding? More than usual? If you are worried look into taking finasteride. Don't look to deeply into the sides as there bullshit!

Yes hard to say, I never had a straight hairline, i was born with a widows peak. If u had a straight hairline ur probably a nw1-1.5 at most. No concerns at all.

Hairline is good but it’s thinning. Your sides are thinning too and It might be retrograde alopecia. If I were you I’d see a dermatologist. Good luck!

What is retrograde Alopecia? I’m pretty sure my sides are just thin because I used to have telegen eleffium. My sides have actually gotten thicker as of recent.

Hair loss is a terrible thing. To prevent this, you need to pay more attention to yourself and your hair. I read a lot of useful articles on this source and you know, my hair has become gorgeous and my hair has become much rarer.
