I actually contacted Armani a few years back and got a free book in the post about hairloss etc by Armani. Nice guy. I'm not so worried about hair loss these days as my hair seems to have been stable the last few years. I just take Proscar so maybe I am a good responder. But I agree, Armani does seem to have good results. But syaing that... out of every hundred customers he has maybe just one or two get great results so potentially 98 have not so good results.
These figures i give are just an assumption and if he has 50 people with results like that then that's even better I guess.
