solid advice, thanks dude; i think what i'm going to do is make a list of pros and cons so that i can remind myself that i'm more than just the flaws i obsess over. Yeh yeh I know it's the blue-pill approach, whatever - it's about sanity and mental survival, and you do what you gotta do to get by.
I did the exact same thing when I was 19!

I was a virgin at the time and didn't know how meet women or even if they would like me. So I ended up making a list of all my good traits and I kept repeating them to myself like a little mantra. It ended up giving me that little confidence boost to go out there and try to meet people - and it was this little boost that really helped and I ended up sleeping with 4 people by the age of 20.

You'd be kind of amazed how women/people in general don't notice unless you're both NW3+ AND diffuse, even at NW3 some women don't even notice.

so true. most people outside this forum don't register hairloss until it's VERY extreme. you might think it's bad, but think about it from her perspective. she probably took one look at your hair, noticed it was normal, and apart from the fact that you appear to have all of it, she probably hasn't even given a conscious thought to your hair.

the perception within our heads is so far from reality. you would be surprised how many of us pass for full heads in the eyes of others.

do you see yourself maintaining this hair, or do you fear it worsening?

Just re-reading my quote there and just to be clear, I wasn't talking about females remarks on my own hair, which I don't trust, even if they do a great job of "not knowing" I have any hair issues, I have a strong feeling that they're just being nice.

But I am referring to when they talk about other guys hair, in films but also in real life. I couldn't believe once a girl thought a friend of ours had a "full head of hair" when he practically has like a frontal beehive tornado frontal combover covering up NW3 minimum.

Yeah, picture it.
