Right on. New surroundings, no one knows you...Fresh start brother.I don't know why, but I'm feeling stronger and more motivated these days. Maybe it's because I'm about to work abroad for a few months.

I did the exact same thing when I was 19!solid advice, thanks dude; i think what i'm going to do is make a list of pros and cons so that i can remind myself that i'm more than just the flaws i obsess over. Yeh yeh I know it's the blue-pill approach, whatever - it's about sanity and mental survival, and you do what you gotta do to get by.

You'd be kind of amazed how women/people in general don't notice unless you're both NW3+ AND diffuse, even at NW3 some women don't even notice.
so true. most people outside this forum don't register hairloss until it's VERY extreme. you might think it's bad, but think about it from her perspective. she probably took one look at your hair, noticed it was normal, and apart from the fact that you appear to have all of it, she probably hasn't even given a conscious thought to your hair.
the perception within our heads is so far from reality. you would be surprised how many of us pass for full heads in the eyes of others.
do you see yourself maintaining this hair, or do you fear it worsening?
