How does finasteride effect hair type(curly to straight)?

There are people whose hair goes from straight to fro/curly, and from curly to straight during puberty.

For those that this happened to, did propecia make make it reverse to its prepubesent form?

The reason I am asking is because i used to have staticy calics before pubery and they have returned on propecia.
