How is it even possible to date if you're not at least 8/10 and 6'3?

I currently suffer from the same bullshit and really want to fix it, any tips? It's so bad in my case that i think it's actually causing me to be a couple of inches shorter than i should be

I'm gymcelling hard (on day 5 now) but i'm wary of injury because my left shoulder feels particularly painful. And i HOPE to God that Oral Minoxidil will help me restore my NW1.5 hairline

This is a good video

@Butterbean Head might be able to give some tips.

What I've found works for me, core work (leg raises, crunches), STRETCHING - Glute bridge helped me a lot.

Anterior Pelvic tilt is basically due to weak core/lower back/tightness

Kettlebell swings

Bi-lateral movements

Pull-throughs

Dimmel Deadlifts

I would avoid traditional barbell deads/squats

Chiropractor to fix tracking alignment as well

Ultimately, the problem is where a lot of guys have a strong sense of self-entitlement, I bet many think that women shouldn’t have any standards, and that they can rock up on a date looking like a slob, whilst expecting her to be attractive - nice hair, nails , slim. Reality is that physical attraction for women is just as important as for men.

If you want to date a Woman that looks good, you gotta expect them to want the same. That’s what many guys don’t get, and then get mad when they get rejected.

I don’t blame these guys, they probably bought into the whole ‘women don’t care about looks bullshit.’

The girl I’m currently dating told me stories of meeting men that were like this, poorly dressed, looked completely different to their profile pictures etc which turned her off

I’ve heard stories from other girls where the guy would rock up smelling like sh*t

The thing is for guys many small adjustments can be made to look presentable, for example getting into better shape , buying clothes that actually fit etc
Yeah I know, there is a guy in my college who smells like f*****g sh*t. I can't stand his horrible smell and I bet many women also don't fancy his disgusting body odour. Soft looksmaxxxing can help you in amounts you would not believe, for example getting yourself a style (not necessarily expensive), getting fit and doing something with your balding. Imo there is balding with grace, you can easily match your hairstyle to a certain Norwood level, or you can just shave your head. Idk how girls you are dating percieve shaved heads, but imo clean shaven head or at least buzzed very short gives you that feeling of cleaniness, which is not given by unkempt balding hair. People do not realise that, but many times your cards are far more better than you thought but you don't reach your potential because you think 'nah I am good'

I just think baldness is like anything, either it suits you or it doesn’t

The problem is where for most guys it doesn’t suit them, and makes them look uglier.

But you have guys out there that look good bald, for example

True, but get to shave sly and they would look worse.

These guys pull it off because their hairline is still there. I buzzed my head at that point and got complimented on my hairstyle. That was the last time it happened. My hairline is gone now and above my eyebrows it's shiny scalp all the way to the back of my head. I have never had a compliment on my hairstyle since. Ljungberg looks bad now. Look at Jason Statham too. In every movie trailer with him, they do that silly close crop so that only his forehead, not his whole head is in the frame. That's because he lost the hairline that he had in his 30s and his face no longer has a frame. No longer looking rugged, he now looks old and way past his best. What I am describing is the reason why many guys go for SMP. The shaved head works for some guys but the shaved head with NW5/NW6/NW7 usually doesn't.

Here is Freddie Ljungberg last year or two

Still has the amazing cheekbones and facial features but looks pretty bad with that bald head. We barely even notice the facial features now, in fact. And how old is he there? Early 40s. That's roughly the same age as Marlon Brando was here (Morituri film)

Or if you don't want to look at such a good looking guy as Marlon Brando, look at Tobey Maguire today. Looks a hundred times better than Ljungberg in that photo despite being the same age. Baldness is even worse than some people here fear it to be. I had the fear and worry that people on here who are NW2 or NW3 have. Mine was not as bad as theirs. But when I went bald, it was much worse than even I had imagined.

Also highlights other flaws such as protruding ears, bug eyes, small mouth etc

I tell you what society hates more than baldness. A bald man with grown out facial hair.

I'm 6'4" and yes, my height is a massive privilege. However, I regularly see guys shorter than average with cute girls in relationships. You can't just focus on one or two traits you're lacking and think it's game over. Women are different than men. They look at the whole package deal, especially for long term relationships. If you're short, will you make heads turn at clubs and get tons of attention? No...but can you find a good woman you're attracted to for a LTR if you have your sh*t together, 100%.

Height is a little overrated in my experience. Face ( including hair ) > all other qualities. Unless you're really deficient in something. For example laughably short or so dimwitted you can barely hold any type of conversation. If you're average in all other aspects, your face will largely define your selection of partners

Height can exclude you easily from online dating tho

think height is a dealbreaker for women, IF you are shorter than them

Now imagine my pain... I like women taller than me [*]
Hair also helps you look taller

I think my hair adds 2-3cms to my height

The shoes add about the same

All of a sudden I seem more like a 5'10 guy instead of 5'8
Well idk, I am percieved taller since I am bald

I
I'm not saying hair doesn't matter since without hair you pretty much stand no chance at all, but all i'm saying is that hair isn't some magical cure to getting inside women's panties. It's a basic requirement that you must meet so that you're taken into consideration in the first place. But in most cases it won't get you women on it's own because most young men have hair anyway and you're not special for having hair as well

Also getting married for the sake of it sounds retarded to me considering the enormous amounts of money, time, emotions, responsibilities you have to spend as a married man, and if you're not a chad it still won't work anyway regardless what you do
Its funny but where i live i see too many middle Eastern bald short guys with cute pretty women like wtf dude?
