How long do FUT hair transplants last - Late 20s with similar loss to grandfather who went NW4/5 quickly and has stayed like that for 60+ years

Btw old man, the funniest thing is multiple people here have seen my transplants lol, and everyone said my results look good and natural.

You won't understand what I just typed because you can barely speak English anyway but I'm putting it out there for others.

Lol, all you are doing is dislike message . You are young and balding, a great archivements yours.
Could you possibly display your bitterness any more clearly? There is no reason to make comments like this, every single person on this forum is balding, and it has little to do with what we have achieved in life for most of us.

Lol like I said it's an old man who had failed transplants in the 90's/00's and now he's taking it out on young ppl.

My results have been wonderful and definitely boosted my appearance and confidence by a lot, no one irl thinks of me as a bald guy at all.

3 years

My last one was actually about a week ago lol, that's where I went from NW2 to NW1. Now my hairline is 3 fingers above the eyebrows.
Ah awesome. You should post some results with your face blurred! I'm in a similar spot and age, unsure if I should proceed or not. Granted I'm not NW6, more like NW3 going 4, but I think I'll be headed to 6.

I will when the transplant heals!

When I had my first transplant my midscalp region was a lot thicker but of course that added nothing to my face. One thing I've learned from the transplants is it's really the hair on the front that counts the most. Even now by lowering my hairline by 1 cm back to where it originally was my face looks more balanced. I always had a good face tbh but at NW4.5-5 I could already barely recognize myself.
