How many hairs did YOU shed this morning?

I personally count the hairs i shed on a daily basis. Washing my hair every 5 days, I collect around 350 hairs from the drain. I collect as well an average 170 hairs on combing in this same time range (5 days), which, altogether, is around 105 shedded hairs a day on average... of which i am currently satisfied since I shedded 250 hairs a day for 3 months, due to spironolactone cream I think (but no one deigned to answer my post on this, ?). I believe as well that many here underestimate their hair loss counts. Seeing 20 hairs out in the day may mean 2ce as many. Collecting hairs from the drain reveals many thin, unpigmented hairs which, all the same, take part in the "death toll" but remain invisible to an offhanded and untrained eye. People who REALLY shed only 20 hairs a day have nothing to do on this site and spoil their healthes if they take on medications only at such minor signs. There is no reason why shedding under 50, even 100 for many, should mean hairloss. S tudies are positive about that. I would personally be glad if i was able to maintain an under 100 hairloss all the time. Which I am not.
