Oh come on, these celebrity examples are laughable.

Why didn't you use Danny DeVito to prove that fat short ugly men can make it too?

The truth here is: baldness and height bring the same issues regarding girls.

It's not that girls are turned off by short or bald guys, it's just the herd pressuring them not to date these guys.

They believe that somehow their social status among their friends will suffer if they do. Because they deserve the best (tall and NW1) after all.

And that herd mentality can be quite strong. You cannot pretend that height will not be a big deal for a lot of girls.

I know it's hard not to try to find coping mechanisms, like I often do with my muscular build or my thin hair.

Anyway, we can't have it all and we certainly all have our strengths. I consider my height to be my main strength when it comes to my looks.

The height card gets tossed around to much, because it doesn't matter if you're handsome, and good looking.

One of my best buds is 5'6 and had zero problems picking up women despite being vertically challenged.



Doesn't matter if you have a handsome face, and decent physique.



Unless someone if under 5'6 don't throw this height card bull****. Even so, almost all Caucasian men are over 5'8.

the research on height i've looked up mainly just mentions that women prefer a man taller than them. one study even showed women preferring average height men (5'9 to 5'11) to men shorter than that and taller than that

Yep, like I said it's the usual suspects doing what they can to compensate for their baldness, this time by over-valuing one of their few "good" features. Most girls don't care as long as you're as tall, or a couple of inches taller than them, I for one think it is odd when I see a <5'5 girl with a man 6'+.

Key word preference, women prefer men who are taller over their counterparts but isn't a deciding factor on whether or not they will find you attractive.

I like big boobs as a preference over smalls ones, but isn't the nail in the coffin for me when it comes to selection.

That's the same way both men, and women perceive one another.
