How Thin Is My Top? Also What Norwood? 21

Hey guys, what the thread is about is in the title. Here are pics of my hair from top with strong flash and under some light bulb. Is it thinning? It's about to start, it started, it's aggresive? Is it the way my hair grows? Also I'm giving few pics from front, so you could tell me if it's already NW3.

Besides that, should I try finasteride AGAIN if I had side effects in the past? I get off finasteride in April 2016 and I still have absolutely dead sex drive. How big is possibility, that it's because my depression, zero self-esteem and very aggresive suicidal thoughts? Or because I was almost sure that it's gonna be me with side effects. What could help with side-effects if you had it?

You can see date in the name of pic, pics called august and september are from this year. Thank you for help and tell me how bad it is.

Some early crown thinning. If no sex drive on finasteride was your only problem i think you should jump back it. Small price to pay for full head of hair.

You can deny it all you want dude, but it will only get worse if you continue to ignore it. Dont try to rationalise or down play your thin hair at the back of your head, because if you didn't think you were balding then you wouldn't have posted on here. You also have a receding hairline, get on finasteride and stay on it. Maybe add in minoxidil too.

I know about receding hairline. Just was hoping back wasn't that bad, because there was no one in my family who was balding that early besides brother of one grandma. How bad my back is? And how possible is regrowth in back?

The back is not bad at all, no bald spots ( yet ) finasteride should halt or thicken up your hair.

And about side effects. How possible is that it's depression, strong suicide thoughts, self loathing and hating myself very badly in general - all of it became much stronger since I saw I'm balding - could be responsible for sex related sides?

Its different for everyone, depression could affect your sex drive but it was probably the finasteride that made it worse. Balding f*****g sucks, so we must treat it.
