the reviews in a site I'm seeing here about this product are all negativekinda expensive here where I live, but I'm yet to buy this one
on the other hand, sls free doesn't clean your scalp at allIm mean something without Sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) in the ingredients, if it has SLS in it your scalp will often become more greasy, because its is way to harsh.
Dude there's tons of good reviews on it on this website, as well as BOTH Kevin Mann and Derek's advocacy. I have not tried it, but it is ketoconazole, yet it isn't as harsh because it conditions it from my understanding. Some people say ketoconazole doesn't work, which isn't true - it works, but some people have really aggressive dermatitis and need corticosteroids.the reviews in a site I'm seeing here about this product are all negative
they say their hair loss got worse and the dandruff persisted lol
you don't need to clean your scalp if its not oily, usually when you use sls you get stuck going round in circles, sls makes you scalp oily, so you need to use sls to clean it......repeat for the rest of your life.on the other hand, sls free doesn't clean your scalp at all
Do you by chance experience this same thing? Like itchiness/burning sensations. In my case, the frequency decreased a little but I still get it sometimes. I hate when it happens because it's like telling me I'm gonna lose hair or something like that. I know I had dandruff/itchy scalp when I was a kid/teen but don't remember being nowhere near as thisDude there's tons of good reviews on it on this website, as well as BOTH Kevin Mann and Derek's advocacy. so you're telling me this thing of 'adjusting' your scalp to SLS-Free or even no poo is true?you don't need to clean your scalp if its not oily, usually when you use sls you get stuck going round in circles, sls makes you scalp oily, so you need to use sls to clean it......repeat for the rest of your life.
Nizoral works for me. It doesn't completely cure my itchy/oil scalp, but it gives me enough relief. I don't have dermatitis though. On another thread somewhere someone was discussing different corticos for the scalp.Do you by chance experience this same thing? Like itchiness/burning sensations. I have this aunt of mine who has a thick head of hair but her scalp is full of scars/ redness due to her itching all the time. She says it never stops, only temporarily few hours after shower. She washes her hair everyday and have been dealing with this for years. I wonder if I inherited this from her, because no one in my family has this problemNizoral works for me. No not the no poo stuff, I still wash my hair everyday but its has to be sls free etc . if my hair gets itchy i then use nizoral about once every 2 weeks.so you're telling me this thing of 'adjusting' your scalp to SLS-Free or even no poo is true?
Do you want to know what the number 1 cause of dandruff is?I have this aunt of mine who has a thick head of hair but her scalp is full of scars/ redness due to her itching all the time. SLS?Do you want to know what the number 1 cause of dandruff is?
This stuff appears to be highly genetic. Some women have a lot of androgen receptors for some reason so it's not like this is something that is necessarily even solved by HRT. Accutane might work but then there goes your hair. I believe the key is to just keep it under control from being red and inflamed all the time though. Sebum itself, while obviously correlated with androgenicity, is not actually a cause of hair loss. However, if you have a bunch of sebum on your scalp and are itchy and scratching it all the time, then yes it can contribute to hair loss indirectly via the inflammation. My point is that you can shut down sebum with accutane, but it's obviously not going to cure male pattern baldness, just like HRT may not necessarily reduce oil production. So some sort of anti-inflammatory treatment may be the route to go, and for many people things like keto do enough, but others need to resort to things like corticosteroids.I have this aunt of mine who has a thick head of hair but her scalp is full of scars/ redness due to her itching all the time. Yes basically, it's normal anti-dandruff shampoo, that doesn't actually cause dandruff but it usually irritates your scalp enough so you have to keep using it everyday, that's why it never 'cures' dandruff it just solves the problem for 24hrs, ketoconazole actually helps treat dandruff so you can use it once a week or a couple of times a month.SLS?
What is the sls free shampoo that you use by the way? I don't actually use regular shampoo, I use some weird powdered stuff that you have to mix with water that I get in asia, made of plant saponins / soap wort etc, so it won't help you much, but there's probably something a bit more normal in your local health food shop depending where you live. What is the sls free shampoo that you use by the way? Maybe mix it with another shampoo?I want to like regenepure but I hate using it. It literally has no lather and it’s hard to get it through the hair. Anyone know how to fix this?
