When it comes to women - yes, bald and short will hold you back. Doesn't mean no woman would go near a short and bald man, but it is certainly a lot easier in general for a tall(ish) and/or (borderline)fullhead man to attract women, at least women of quality.
Life can be brutal, but let's not sugarcoat things. My advice would be focusing on staying sane and taking care of your mental and physical health, setting realistic goals for your professional and personal life and work towards those. Getting some hobbies, a pet, joining a club, whatever to keep you busy. Then, just hope that things fall into place eventually.
