Dude, wtf? Did you really do that? I hope you are a troll and this is not real. Which normal man would chop off his balls especially just beacause he is losing hair. You didn't even try finasteride. It could have worked for you. If not - then dutasteride. You have done many health risk than just damaging your livers and kidneys.
You did zero research. I found a lot more than the gravity theory and sucsecful stories of people who reversed male pattern baldness naturally without antiandrogens.
The androgens aren't the main cause of male pattern baldness. Increased DHT levels are found only in the BALDING scalp. Non balding scalp has normal DHT levels. Neither the mechanical tension. I believe that there is something else that causes baldness and we don't know. First of all, what induces this mechanical tension. Is this just natural function of scalp muscles or it is brought by external factors? It may be related to the emotional tension and nervous strain we do to ourselves. There must be something that causes the muscles to hypertrophy at the first place. It maybe related to our facial expressions or something else. Nearly everyone's hairline recedes a bit, but not everyone goes completely bald. There are genetic factors but epigenetic too. The head shape and the location of the scalp muscles and hair follicles may play a role but isn't it the emotional tension that sends signals from face to the head that triggers the whole mechanical tension thing. Identical twins experience hair loss in similar pattern, but one twin always has more advanced hair loss than other and since they are genetically identical, they have similar facial expression habits and their body responds to the stress and nervousness in similar way. They have exactly the same head shape and muscles. Look at all savage tribes. Baldness is quite unusual within them It has to do with the lifestyle we live and even to what we eat. We often eat unhealthy, are pretty nervous, stressed out and worry too much.
High sensitivity (response) to androgens is not a causative factor. It will only speed up the process. You will stop balding only if your DHT levels are close to castration.

Can you not spread your nonsensical theories here?

hey guys, just to update you all. i have decided to go super crazy, and intensify my regimen even more, i will add finasteride 5mg just in case, topical minoxdil on the crown, estrogel on the widows peaks and some progesterone, iam gonna go on a full regimen now crazier and more aggressive, castration and estrogen were enough to halt further baldness and regrow some hair, but reaching Norwood 0 will need some more effort so i just need to add some stuff to achieve prepubescent density, iam satisfied with what i did but will need more time to achieve my final form, thank you for the support

i see, get it safely under a good and clean surgeon hands, depending on where u live, i know many surgeons who can do it under the patient's consent, but be prepared to spend from 3000 to 5000 usd if not more, d Arknoff in detroit USA can offer it at a great deal of 2500 dollars but u will need to travel, otherwise there are the diy psycho route but you will need a tough heart and super high pain-tolerance, take your time and calculate your priorities, or go to Thailand, it super super cheap to get an orchectomy, but i have heard horror stories from guys who woke up from the surgical ward with a missing kidney on the way, it is not a joke in there

A missing kidney... o_O

I want to go to a surgeon where I live, since it would be easier for myself. I don’t mind about the cost, as long as it gets rid of my testosterone; I don’t want to use an anti-androgen long-term. I could visit one in the US, though... I wouldn’t do it at home, I would probably accidentally bleed to death!

Detroit USA is your safest way, save some bucks and go for it, i know many people who have done it there with minimum to none complications

I see a gender specialist soon, and I will discuss it with them too... I don’t want testosterone in my body anymore! It makes me feel disgusted

What's the point of finasteride if your hairloss already stabilized? And why not try oral Minoxidil instead of topical if you want to go crazy.

I actually agree with you for once! I think he would be better off continuing his use of a high-dose of estradiol, along with a 'low-dose' of oral minoxidil. Although, I will support his choices greatly; he inspires me a lot.

i feel that my adrenals are picking up the deficit in androgens, remember that the testicles produce 97% of total androgens and 3% are produced by the adrenal glands so it wont hurt to shut them down with finestride, it is probably an overkill but iam crazy, plus i will make sure to stick to topical and oral minoxidil, i think minoxdil is a big key here, i never used it until now, i will get progesterone for mood enhancement and will see if derma rolling and topical estrogel will bring my nw0 back, i want insane density at all cost, and the big three arnt enough for that nor the estroge/castration is enough, it only freezed further baldness but i need regrowth and a lot of regrowth like a rain-forest perhaps so peace out

yes see a gender therapist, it is the best way to get what u want, just be open to them and show them that you have severe gender dysphoria and you are desperate for a way out, you will need a dress and some good fancy highheels to make it believable otherwise they wont give a damn about a guy who want orchie for hair it must e more than hair, you have to complicate things and categorize yourself under transwomen stuff, some transwomen get an orchiectomy at the age of 16! without any cost or the need to travel, there is tons of ways to get orchi and self harm is last thing u wanna do to yourself, i did it because i enjoy cutting and found it thrilling in a way lol

I look quite womanly in general, although I wonder what they would say if I conclude that I am 'non-binary'... I think myself saying I'm a transgender women is quite risky, especially since they monitor your transition and want you to have the greatest feminisation you could possibly have. I definitely want an orchiectomy, it will bring me a lot of happiness about myself... I don't want to worry about hair loss ever again!

pretend to be a trans girl and cry about your dysphoria and how testosterone is eating you alive, with a good mask work you can convince them easily but like i said you will need to dress like a full woman for few sessions which is understandable and you need to look for a valid and logical answers on why you want the orchi, hair alone wont be enough, you have to mention how you hate your beard, balls, dick ..muscles all male traits that come with high testosterone, voice is hardest to pass by and mention to them how anti androgens are rotting your vital organs and you need a long term fix, they generally need 2 letters from a psychiatrists and one from a physician and 2 years on AA minimum and various one to one sessions and alot of fake tears and emotions, it is not impossible and probably the safiest way to go for your orchiectomy, UK is similar to Canada, it is not that hard, put your razors away and be patient iam sure you can do it, good luck and keep me updated......

@Ikarus and @Sonolmn98 you are both nuts and wanna be nutless. Don't get me wrong when I say it's disturbing. Trust me, for the average Joes like me and others that don't struggle with dysmorphia, this is an absolute craziness. But, but, but! It is your body and it should be your choice. At the end of the day, if this is what makes you feel satisfied and happy with yourselves, by all means do it! Just because I am saying it's disturbing, it doesn't mean I'm trashing or trolling you.

It has been 6 months so far, my regimen was 6mg estradiol after orchiectomy, no minoxidil or finestride were used

Still stubborn loss, probably will need minoxidil but the density is all back thanks to estrogen

Not sire if uou've posted the best comparison pics but from here definitely looks like an improvement. Maybe it's just the angle difference or styling. And you didn't use minoxidil? I'm asking because it looks like you have some dark circles around your eyes. Maybe it's the light.
