I want to share my story with everyone here because there's so much negativity in this forum sometimes. I figured out my own hairloss problem and i think it may help some of you who are struggling with the same thing.
Before i tell you how i cured my hairloss, i want you to know that i have tried just about everything (commercial or experimental) on the market and nothing seemed to work. That meant i had to roll up my sleeves and come up with my own cure, which in retrospect ended up being pretty obvious. Here are the main reasons why my (and maybe your) hair is falling and what you can do about it:
- Personality - when i was younger i had a great personality. Recent studies show that dopamine, which is released when you have positive social interactions, is directly related to the growth of hair follicles. In my 20's, i became a bit more of an a**h**, so free-circulating dopamine dropped and caused my hair to start thinning. This is only one of the several factors affecting my case. Long story short, if your hair is falling, there's a good chance you have a shitty personality. If you have lost a lot of hair, then you may be a really horrible person. I would recommend daily interaction with attractive people and puppies; it has to be positive interaction though, so even if they are really mean to you, you have to keep doing it so the dopamine levels go back up and your hair follicles start re-activating again.
- Confidence - confidence is a major factor in hairloss. Two studies conducted in India in 2014 showed a strong correlation between confidence and the rate of hair growth. Upon further analysis, researchers determined that the feeling of confidence directly regulated the ratio of circulating Testosterone and Adrenaline; furthermore, they identified that men who felt confident on a daily basis were able to grow hair that was 82% thicker than un-confident men; and their hair was also 125% longer than their shy counterparts. In my case, i had a lot of confidence when i was younger, but when i hit my 20's i was struck with sudden shyness that paralyzed me in social situations. Because confidence results in a balanced T/A ratio, it allows hair to grow faster and longer so it is important to feel confident in order to maintain the right balance and create the perfect environment for hair regrowth.
- Sexual Activity - this one was really obvious and i can't believe it's not more widely understood. Basically, the more sex you have, the more hair you grow. In studies conducted in young men aged 18-25 in both Finland and Greece, it was found that the men who were in the 90th percentile of sexual activity saw hair growth rates that were 67% faster than those in bottom 20th percentile; they also had longer hair cycles, seeing a 72% increase in duration of the anagen phase. In my case, i had a lot of sex when i was in college, but after graduating, it dropped significantly. So for all you out there, if you want to have regrowth, you have to start having more intercourse. Note that self-pleasuring does not count (more on that below).
- Masturbation - Many data points indicate that excess masturbation causes a reduction in the anagen phase due to temporary spikes in the levels of testosterone & 5aDHT. Unlike normal sexual intercourse, which also has the benefit of improved personality and confidence, which aid in the development of new scalp HF, masturbation is harmful to hair growth. The solution is easy, just stop masturbating. This should be made even easier since you should be increasing your sexual intercourse anyways. Also, keep in mind that you should try to have intercourse with attractive women in order to achieve harmony with the confidence+personality boost we are trying to get.
- Intelligence - There is a proven correlation between intelligence and baldness. Unlike popular assumptions, bald men are not more intelligent. Recent analysis of billionaire Elon Musk shows that the degree of intelligence is directly related to the amount of hair on the scalp. What this means is that intelligence drives the growth of hair follicles in the scalp, so that the smarter you are, the more hair you grow. This is because increased brain activity increases the temperature of the scalp, resulting in increased circulation and delivery of essential nutrients to the HFs. In my case, i was able to increase my IQ by reading a lot of wikipedia entries, and that has really helped my hairline and temple area grow in. If you see a drastic change in your hair for the worse, it is very likely that you have become dumber and you have to correct that by being smarter. This is within your control.
- Money/Status - Studies analyzing the top 100 CEOs in the US, as well as celebrities and TV Personalities has shown a correlation between salary/status and hair. Amazingly, researchers were able to positively identify that an increase in salary or status resulted in a tenfold increase in hair density. This was particularly noticeable in the TV Personality group, where even a slight increase from $1MM/yr to $3MM/yr yielded a 75% increase in density in the hairline and a 42% increase in the crown/vertex area. In my case, i have started to notice some peach fuzz sprout since i received my last promotion. If you are not getting regrowth, you should probably get a promotion. If you are poor, then you should try to not be poor and make more money.
The beauty of this is that it all works synergistically. The cure was always in front of us - all we have to do, is be more confident, have a better personality, have more sex with more attractive people and become smarter while earning more money. I would recommend you start doing these things today so you can get a head start on solving your problem. If you work hard enough, you too can get past the scourge of this disease.
10/10 post. Thanks mate.
Many naive fullheads are actually convinced of many of these things. I saw people blaming proper male pattern baldness on 'lack of hygiene' and 'too much stress' and, still unmatched, on 'lack of vitamins and poor diet'.
Remember that hair loss is your fault boys. I deserve my fullhead because I am a responsible man with a good diet.
See that baldite over there? He studied too much in college so he's bald now lol. His fault. If he ate many fruits a day and didn't stress out so much, he would be fullhead like me now. He makes 100,000 bucks a year at 25, but I get to f*** prime 19 years old big titted girls at 30 and have many friends like me to travel with, while hes stuck at home with a 5/10 gold digger and he has no friends because he doesn't take care of himself: look at his balding head.
There's this deeply rooted legend in Italy that people who study engineering lose their hair. People unironically believe this, especially women. I sh*t you all not that close to 60-70% of the people I know, even the most intelligent and bright, believe this.
Very few people (harrowing) actually know about the genetics. No one, NO ONE knows about the existence of DHT. The most informed think that testosterone causes hair loss, which is so inaccurate to be considered plain wrong. Baldness is a f*****g mystery for almost everyone, so the ignorance is not surprising. It's just one of the many shitty things we baldite have to endure.
Hell, baldness has so many negative things attached to it that it's almost unbelievable.
Not only baldness is objectively gross.
It's the only genetic disease that people are expected to cope with.
It's the only genetic disease that is both mocked and looked down upon.
It's the only genetic disease in which the business of treatment still resembles tenth century medicine: snake oils and creams which do nothing are everywhere.
It's a completely misunderstood genetic disease, to the point that the average person doesn't even know it's a genetic disease.
It's the only genetic disease which is routinely blamed on the sufferer.
It's the only genetic disease which is not talked about, and talking about it is considered either weakness or vanity.
It's the only genetic disease which receives no funds for research whatsoever.
This sh*t is incredibly dense. I would write a f*****g book about the subject; too bad I find it incredibly embarrassing to publish a book about baldness. I would be mocked for eternity by shitty fullheads and women.
I can't make this sh*t up.
