Hi guys. 23 years old male. I'm balding since 18 years old.

For years I've only used topical Minoxidil. Then added oral natural dht-blocker and topical antiandrogens. About six months ago I quitted the natural blocker and started a topical with:
- Minoxidil 3%
- Finasteride 0.3%
- Progesterone 1%
- Hydrocortisone butyrate 0,1%
- Ketoconazolo 0,5%

Mid and vertex are full of micro hair that no longer grows. They are probably already sentenced to death. Here how they do like when falling:

I think the damages in the front and mid are irreversible without an hair transplant.

I need to cover all my head with the topical, so I use more than 2ml. However, the topical contains high Finasteride dosage so to reduce the likelihood of sides I'm currently I'm applying it every other day. Given the disastrous situation, shoul I go for a daily application instead?

What else can I do to boost the cure? I'm evaluating:
1. Topical Dutasterine instead of fina
2. Scalp massages
3. Microneedling
4. Botox injections
5. Prp or Prgf
6. Natural orally anti-dht (I'm afraid of sides considering the fina lotion is high dosage)
7. Sulforaphane
8. Procyanidin B2

What else?

I get on oral Finasteride and dump the potion. Never had much luck with the combination liquid therapies that they sell. Minoxidil 5% seemed to work well when i was younger but the effectiveness fads as you get older.

Without HRT you are doomed. Anything you use makes no difference to your baldness and you would go bald at exactly the same rate if you did nothing at all.

What's HRT? Hair transplant? I'm 23 years old. Should I do it now?

Hair transplant is not permanent as well btw. So maybe hair system is the only solution.

So do you think all the medication are useless given the aggressivity of my Androgenetic Alopecia?
I've been balding for 5 years now. I agree with you that I'll be bald in any case but I think medication can at least slow it down a bit.

Yeah, I know it's over. But I'll never accept to be completely bald. So I'll opt for an hair system at worst.

What was your % of Finasteride in the topical?

I have tried every combination of concoctions over the years and nothing worked better than 5% minoxidil for me. The oral finasteride will just slow down the progression but nothing stops it. Your goal is to just slow it down as much as possible.

all of this will do more or less nothing...as i`m into this for 30 years now, and tried all....
first forget about topical, oral is always the more effective way..

try this regime it dropped my hairloss to no hairloss (but as i noticed it`s the combination that works.....for example i changed finasterid daily to dutasteride daily......there was no difference..):
1 mg Finasteride/day oral
5 mg Minoxidil/twice daily oral
1x in the week 1 pill of dutasteride
5 % CB0301 lotion 1 ml/twice a day

I see your concern… Although 4 of your photos don’t load.. but I see your situation.
The one thing you said which is correct is: My hair isn’t growing in certain areas.
•DHT & its related subsidiary factors have “signaled” your hair stem cells/follicles to stop growing.
The traditional ways to grow & regrow hair have “failed” in my opinion.. The onslaught of DHT & its brothers in blocking growth are relentless 24:7..
That is why I have practically abandoned them after years of pounding sand.
A better approach is to say to yourself..”How can I get my hairs to get in the Anagen hair growth phase .. Instead of the Telogen phase they appear to be in..
I haven’t come across a pill or topical that can do that w/o seriously damaging your health

Bro thanks for your support but your suggested therapy it's a bit crazy. Oral minoxidil can damage your heart. Finasteride is already dangerous, let alone Dutasterine. Idk what CB0301 is but the name isn't promising.

don`t belive what you read here on the web.......the dosage makes the poison (the chance to get side effects from this stuff, is like the chance that you win the lottery jackpot tomorrow) .........my Doctor told me that 10 mg/minoxidil day oral is a low dosage, it will not harm, as finasteride i take it now since almost 25 years, and i`m still alive........doesn`t matter what i or other guys will tell you......ask your Doctor, and not the hobby docs here
You read that something work, does not mean that it really does, for example your Ketoconazolo 0,5%, use it for 1 year, than stop it, you will notice that there will not be any difference in hairloss, this stuff doesn`t work...only one example...
And i`m almost sure that with your regime and ideas, you will get bald....nothing from your 1. to 8. works against hairloss

Only other thing is a laser light cap,i put crushed up Certrizine in my lotion and take 2 or 3 a day they are a anti histamine to stop your body attacking itself and are very cheap good luck

I never tried a lower dosage than 1 mg finasteride/day, as i never had any sides.
Read about CB0301 (Breezula) it`s in the black market, will be on the real one in a few years......works fine for me and others.
In the first 6 month it will halt your hairloss completely, after it will start again/but still will be only 50 % of what you loose now.
The combination of this medications is the key.....

True but being bald is the end when it comes to attentiveness. Idk what's worst between being bald (ugly) and take dangerous medication
