True but being bald is the end when it comes to attentiveness. Idk what's worst between being bald (ugly) and take dangerous medication
I already got a permanent side effect due to finasteride. And none of it works for my hair. I dont think any of these meds are worth it.

You know what the best treatment is? No treatment. Why put a bandaid on something that happens naturally and is harmless for your health?
only strange that you are here on a hairloss forum..........why not enjoy your bald head ?......

as i don`t loose hair anymore, i say good by now.....only answered here because of a comercial, that i get still from time to time........

with your attitudes, it will be very difficult for anybody to help you
seems you lost your fights already, before you even have started......wish you a long med free healthy bald live...enjoy :)

ok, but every person is different, some unlucky ones get sides, most not.......not every medication works for everyone...and so on and so on
i tried a lot over long years, research chemicals and so on....most of the stuff didn`t did anything, was only a big waste of money.....
at the end i found my "cure"...wish you the same and good luck....

Thanks for sharing your journey and the detailed regimen you’ve been following. At 23, it’s tough to experience early balding, but it’s great that you’ve been proactive in seeking solutions.

Your current topical treatment combination seems pretty comprehensive, covering DHT inhibition (finasteride), scalp health (minoxidil, ketoconazole), and inflammation control (progesterone, hydrocortisone). Many people have had success with a similar approach, especially combining minoxidil with DHT blockers. However, with the additional ingredients, it seems like you're targeting multiple angles to slow down the progression.

Given that you've been using this treatment for about six months, I’d recommend continuing to monitor for any changes in hair density and shedding. Sometimes, it takes time for results to become apparent, so patience is key. If you haven't seen significant improvement, or if shedding seems to increase, it may be worth discussing with a dermatologist or hair specialist. They could help evaluate if the current treatment is optimal or if tweaking the regimen might yield better results.

Also, if you're experiencing any irritation from the topical treatments, it’s important to evaluate whether any of the ingredients could be causing side effects. If you’re feeling unsure about your progress, consulting a professional might help guide you to the next step.

Hang in there, and I hope your treatment continues to show results!

Best,
Nathan
