I Got A Haircut So My Hairline Is More Exposed. Is It Time For Me To Hop On The Big 3?

Hey guys. I got a haircut yesterday so my hairline is more exposed. Here are some pictures. I bought Nizoral last week but that's it. Where am I on the Norwood scale, and should I consider hopping on the Big 3?

I was looking at pics from 2014, so I was 18 or so then. I have the same density in the front today, honestly I think I have more now, but temples were completely filled during that time. When I turned 20 I want to say, my temples started looking like what you see in the pics above.

First two pics are from 2016.

Third pic is from summer 2017.

if in 2/3 yrs you notice legit thinning maybe hop on some treatments...

To me it looks like slow diffue thinning....temples look more diffused then middle. See a dermatologist and get options.

Esp if your only 22...my hair looks similar but I am 32. Five years ago my hair was like your at 18. So I'm concerned for myself but choose options...aka low dose finasteride. Don't know if it's working or not 4-5 months in.

Than you so much....ever since I've been low dosing finasteride, my anxiety is down maybe 80% but its still there. I'm just trying to be proactive active and take care of myself. I appreciate your input.

Tbh I have no idea. I feel like it's more mental than anything....but the itch I had in one spot is no longer there. And hasn't been for months so I'm hoping its working...still feel like I may be losing ground but it might be in my head. I just don't want to quit now that my body's accustomed to it. It's been about 4 months.

Somehow you look younger in the new pic. Hair looks fine but it is slightly receded.
