It has the opposite effect on me.
Bald guys exhuding too much confidence can give off the aura of "who does this guy think he is?"
Kind of like a very aggressive short guy - you can tell where all of the aggression comes from.

I am also with you on not liking bleach-blonded "dolly" girls - but even the nerdy type of girls often will not lower themselves to date a bald guy. (I am talking <25 y/o age range, obviously it's nowhere near the same issue above then)

But you can easily spot the fake from the real.

But even still, alot of the cute, nerdy down to earth girls can't see themselves with a bald guy. Why would that be?

I shall make it my mission to prove this statement wrong.

Well from the three that I have encountered in the whole downtown rockabilly bar scene they wanted nothing to do with me because of my baldness. I'm not speculating because that is what all of them told me- I DON'T DATE BALD GUYS! They want guys with greasy pompadores, leather jackets and cuff up their jeans like James Dean. I came to "alot" by both my own experience and almost never seeing couples like that ever. Again, these women are still in that young age range so why would they be attracted to a bald guy. Just because she is not a ten doesn't mean she still thinks that she is too good for a bald guy because most of them do think that. If you don't believe me then you are paying too much attention to the exception and not the rule. I'm sure alot of these women don't think about incontenence but if they were hit on by a guy trailing a plastic bag full of sh*t behind him then I think it is pretty safe to say that she will rule him out. Baldness is the same way...alot of women don't even realize they hate bald men.

I havent even seen a picture, how does his hair look like?

Oh, sorry. I was refereing to the very first picture in this thread. I looked back, and I can see that it was you, Oknow, not the OP. My bad.

Your pic shows very minimal loss. I wouldn't even think you were bald at all.

Thanks man. Yeah thats why I haven't gone on the fins/minoxidil yet, because it isn't bad. Saying that, at one point it my hairline was completely straight. Just been observing it, no change after 6 months. I probably wont touch either until I see notable recession either because I hear it loses its potency after 5 years so may as well take it when absolutely neccessary.

I joined this forum because I was freaked out, I was a NW0 3 years ago, then in a space of a year it just turned into a V shape. I bet you any money the OP has a similar recession.

Just using revita atm. Good sh*t.

We all know that baldness sucks and there's nothing positive about it, but the OP's reaction is excessive - especially if he's still a NW2.

Being a NW2 sucks, as is being a NW1. I cry myself to sleep every night due to it. :sobbing:

Epic threadsurrection, great work posting in this eight year old thread about nothing in particular. :D

Still it's nice to see some vintage insights from forum progenitors like UC man. Guy is basically the George Washington of Impact.
s.a.f. and Cassin were great legends here. Oknow actually just came back recently from a huge hiatus. I miss those days.
