I also have a question on RU. For those that have used it for long periods >1 year, is it true that if you miss a single application you can lose up to 100 hairs that day?

Not sure mate, I hope it isn't true cause I am debating to go on RU but I travel a lot, 36+ hours journeys, and don't really use hair products when travelling. If 48 hours is enough to undo the work of applying RU everyday for 2 months then it isn't worth it in my case

Sounds like bollocks to me, and you lose up to 100 hairs normally every day anyway (even people without male pattern baldness).

You pretty much have to take an AA or 5ar inhibitor to regrow hair. If RU is the only AA that @hellouser is on, then it must be working if he's not going bald anymore. He's well beyond the time when minoxidil loses effectiveness.

No, I apply RU separately.

What is the actual sequence you follow? For example:

1) Apply minoxidil and allow it to completely dry
2) Apply RU in ethanol base and allow it to completely dry
