See you just did it. You have tunnel vision on this one issue, to the point where you just said "the burden of others demons is much lesser" then your hairloss. Seriously dude? Your hairloss is worse then the guy who had his leg amputated in his teens due to cancer? Or the family who just someone due to an illness? The person who has to live their entire life with a untreatable illness? How about the person who is just born on the extreme ugly end or with learning disabilities? Hairloss is worse then literally none of the things mentioned above and millions of other issues in terms of it's impact on the average person's life.Maybe but the burden is much lesser.
You might worry about ur abs not being defined enough but let's not.even compare hairloss bro. The drugs I'm taking I look like I have multiple.types of cancer... lol
And yes, the issue of "loving yourself" and feeling desired can be changed with therapy and developing a more healthy mindset. Even the most beautiful people on the planet suffer issues of self doubt and loathing. The people who are able to be happy despite these issues are the ones that are able to realize that if you change the perception you change the narrative. If you don't (or can't) feel desired or wanted by others due to your looks, then find other ways to achieve the same outcome.
