Look at his hair, looks to me like he gets up in the morning and combs from right to left, then left to right, then front to back. His hair is actually very long, a few inches above shoulder length.

before then.

He just didn't have the density for a transplant. So, his hair is real.

His density is very "surreal", in other words, non existent.

He probably made a big mistake, and should have left his scalp alone.

Oh I know for sure he must have gotten a hair transplant, but he totally takes Finasteride to maintain his naive hair.

It works for the majority of people for decades, with some thinning and loss, usually confined to most sensitive areas. Whether that's the front or crown depending on your situation. Add in transplants and you'll be far from bald. Spex has had like 10 transplants for the front, mainly due to repair work, rest of his hair is still there. And he started finasteride as a Norwood 3V, diffusing in a Norwood 5/6 pattern, very bald and buzzed look when he was in his 20s. Grown out now at his age, he looks much better, quite full.

You may continue to get some regrowth within the first 5 years even.

I know of a few people on it in real life for 5-6 years and they still are more or less at baseline. Remarkable the number of people taking this and avoiding baldness. A lot have bald fathers/family and escape this fate for a very long time through this pill. Nobody wants to look bald these days especially. Bar has been raised.
