There are more things than just DHT that play a role in systematics of hairloss. To believe that you will never go bald by taking Propecia is absurd. Eventually you will bald your just slowing it down! Propecia has been shown to be effective for 5 years. Yes, some still benefit after the 5 year period, but most will not. So what then????? As long as Merck continues to make the big buck they will be able to buy out anything else that comes along just so they can make more money from their product. There are some rumors that they have already done this.......a.k.a. FNS. DHT can be blocked within the dermal layers of the scalp also and be just as effective as blocking DHT internally.
