What’s your regimen? Have you thought about upping it? Like microneedling/topical dutasteride?More pics of when I was growing out my buzzcut. It was a rough time and I pretty much lived with a hat on awhile waiting for it to grow back.
Currently only on finasteride. I was hoping that would be enough and I thought it was until I buzzed my hair and saw that I was losing more hair than I actually realized .What’s your regimen? Have you thought about upping it? Like microneedling/topical dutasteride?
Thanks. If and when I shave it again, it will be when I know that any chance of me having hair is over. I’m hoping I still have a some years leftIMO you still have salvable hair, but a shaved Head won't look bad on you.
How long were you on finasteride? Normally there is shedding at the beginning. Usually I see good recovery on finasteride from diffuse thinners.Hey, everyone!
Just thought I’d share what my hair currently looks like. I buzzed it off again recently and this the result of it growing back. Would this still be considered a NW2?

Could it really go away in a year?If that diffuse thinning area goes away in the next year or two, you’ll be a Norwood 5.
It's possible just like it is possible that on finasteride for a year can give serious regrowthCould it really go away in a year?
Well, that last pic you were a full head at the top and 1 year later you barely have hair there, so it's probabbly very aggressive.Could it really go away in a year?
It is aggressive. However your final norwood pattern is a norwood 6 instead of norwood 7. The difference is a big deal as a hair transplant can give you ok coverage as long as you see a top surgeon. Norwood 7 people have no hope.If it is aggressive…is there any hope to restoring it to a full head of hair?
