I think i lost genetic lottery grandpa nw7

All the photos are from today .I use duta and finasteride.fina 1mg everyday duta 0.5 mg .The most crucial thing is pattern of androgenetic alopecia ,crown loss with only nw1.5 on temples are sign of aggressive alopecia like granpa.what do u think of the thinning on the crown?

I don't see any crown loss, that looks like a whorl. Stick to finasteride or dutasteride and you'll be okay. Add Minoxidil if you want regrowth, but keep in mind that if you start using it, you better use it forever, because you might end up with a big shed if you quit Minoxidil.
