Got to say of all the candidates he was the last person I'd pick to look like.

Maybe they thought he had chemo and gave him the sympathy vote.

I'd put him into the category of guys who look "not bad" bald. It's not terrible on him, but it's not absolutely blazin either.

It was his other qualities like being a good father and being "down to earth" that made them overlook the baldness. I'm happy whenever bald men are shown in a positive light so there is nothing negative I could say about this.

this is a contest for a mens fitness magazine and is at most part judged by men, try this, go up to a woman and ask her to name 10 hot celebs, now since male pattern baldness affects 50% of men you should expect 50% of them to be bald but you would be lucky if they name 1 bald guy

there are only 2 people who buy mens fitness magazines, they are closet gays and twats

overall looks isn't an objective matter, i find baldness ugly, that is my opinion so every time i look in a mirror i look ugly, i don't care if others might not because this is about how i feel about the way i look, not about how others will perceive me

the guy in the magazine does look a bit freakish with the dome head tbh, not the worst looking slaphead in the world and hes in amazing shape for his age.

most guys would say hes hot, most women wouldnt.

A LOT of women love Jason stratham, Vin diseal, Bruce Willis as celebs they would pick.

And look at Johnny depps hair, it's great but not that great, this guy is like always in womens top 5 he doesnt have the best hair ever. Even thou he probably wears a lot of wigs for his roles thou lol.

Jonny's hair is great man! If I had a mop like that at 46, I'd be enormously chuffed.

His point is just that women love this guy and he doesn't have a norwood 1. If women were all about the norwood they could find many more guys to swoon over.

But Johnny Depp has been a huge star for decades now and he plays the type of sensitive, troubled characters that some women go for, also he's hugely famous and rich as f***.
If he did'nt have that status he'd just be a generally good looking guy but as with all Hollywood leading men he looks seriously better than most men of his age group.
And as far as norwoods go NW2 is not hairloss in womens eyes its just masculine looking. NW4/5/6 however is an entirely different story that is baldness its not attractive and its not 'normal', not that its freakish or anything but its in a minority look and not complimentary to a mans attractivness.

Its funny how the bald guys mentioned (Statham, Diesel ect) all have to rely on having Bulging muscles and playing the tough guy whearas the likes of Depp, Clooney ect dont have to be in that kind of shape to make the attractivness lists.

Lets see a bald guy who does'nt take off his shirt and can still compete in Hollywood as a movie hearthrob.

For every Statham or Bruce there are at least a dozen other roles that portray bald people in a bad light. Now I love the sci-fi movie District 9 but I had a serious problem with the fact that the main antagonist was a bald white man and even worse his sidekick was also a bald white man. I'm sure they intended it to be funny but I could just hear the casting directors saying " let's give the evil villian role to the bald guy because they would be less likeable that way." If you think I'm trippin look at most of the villains in Hollywood movies....they're bald. What does that say? Even in the latest Terminator movie, one of the leaders of the resistance who is bald was in direct conflict with John Connor and wound up loosing his leadership role to him before being blown out of the water. There are just too many examples of this not only in movies but television commercials to account for. The media is an obvious culprit in perpetuating negative stereotypes of bald men. Don't even try and argue this one fellas.
