ITT people not realizing that being better off does not mean "gladly accepting".

No, even rich good looking tall dudes who are 30 do not 'gladly accept' balding.

But yes it becomes exponentially harder the younger you are. It's also much worse if you go from being able to get skinny girls to not being able to.

You'll be surprised how much psychology you don't feel different as an older person than you did as a younger person

Only difference is more of your peers will likely be balding so you likely won't stand out quite as much

Agreed. When I was 18, I used to think that if I can keep my hair until 25, I will be happy. Well, I am 35 now and care about my hair just as much when I did when I was 18. Now my game plan is to keep my hair for the rest of my life, even if I am 100.

Yeah, its more tragic if you are good looking.

Its kind of like if a hot woman gets fat - everyone talks about. If it happens to a plain jane who was never skinny then people don't give a sh*t

Not sure about UK, but in my experience, people usually don't get mocked for baldness in the US. However, a person who is actually bald may have different experience and thus different opinion from me.
