wtfyo, people have big noses and small noses, for example I feel that my nose is too small for my face, so to speak. I just have to learn to live with it.

Never again dare to judge me like that!
it is not that I have just a "bit of hair thinning". I have very agressive hairloss and i am losing it fast in spite of being on treatments. Apart from that I have many more problems in my life. You mention that you felt depressed on a party seeing all these young people. Lol, I never even get invited to a party. Last time I was 18 (I am 25 now) and there I wasn´t invited but went with a guy I knew. In my University I am studying since 3 years and I don´t know anyone, nobody, absolutly zero people...... You can´t imagine what a social freak I am. Apart from that I have never had a real girlfriend and still am a virgin. I am sure you had women otherwise you would have mentioned it in your whining. So you better think twice before claiming things like "Oh, that taug has it so much better than me".
Last but not least I wanna tell you that I wish you nothing but the best and hope you manage to solve your problems. Good Luck with that!

Well I like the shape of the nose, but my whole face is pretty small... so dunno.

Seriously, if you are very unhappy with the look of your nose, rhinoplasty will help a lot. I had my deviated septum straightened and I am so much happier now and not obsessing over it. Acne scarring can be greatly minimized also, you just have to man up and decide to do these thing instead of living in denial.

If you can't look gorgeous, look interesting!
Choose the right clothes, and attitude and create your own personal style. Find the good things on you and enhance them. Find the bad things on you, choose the most characteristic and also enhance it. What you don't like at first you'll grow to like later. What you still find annoying no matter what, go and change it (nose?).
It's all in the perspective you see it. Change the perspective and it all changes.
By the way, who told you that this is the best period of your lifetime?
