I think it's a myth that ugly nerds get jobs. Sure, a lot of them exert a lot of energy into there studies, have no life and seem to live by the books. But from my experience it's usually good looking people who are educated who land good jobs, get promoted and seemingly have excel at working with all levels of management.

Where did this myth stem from that the ugly guy who spends all his time studying will land a high paying job. Most these clowns are horrible at networking, and meeting people. Apart from there resume, a lot of the time your credentials will get you a interview, but it's your personality, looks and how you articulate yourself that gets you the job.


A lot of nerdy social recluses don't have the social skills to close deals, and make themselves appear as a dominant force against others.



Good looking people tend to be naturally charismatic, and demonstrate better leadership skills.


Who came up with this myth that the ugly guy you pick on is going to be your boss?

I avoid social situations at all costs, especially in public places.

Today, I was waiting to see a house, and stopped into starbucks for 30min. just sitting there, listing to these loud, terrible, white suburban rat-faced fucktards, I realized how sad and pathetic the world actually is. Literally things like, "well I just like don't like know... I thought the way he didn't pick up his pop can was like inconsiderate."

I felt it man. I wanted to shove her scone down her spoiled, entitled face and watch her choke. I haven't attempted a relationship in over a year. I can't leave the house without a hat. I talk to no one. I wake up at 6am from anxiety ridden nightmares, drive to bug infested houses and work all day just to keep my mind occupied. I watched my only friend, my dog, die after weeks of seizures...14 years of real friendship. And the day after, this is what I hear.. this, and a girl literally crying, CRYING because her professor is UNFAIR.

Then there are the girls that are super hyper, and getting goosebumps from talking about theirselves. How great they are and how they got a promotion...

What in the f*****g hell is wrong with people. what is it? why are they such little, petulant f*** faced weaklings? I don't know. but I wish I had a million dicks so I could f*** all their faces.

I think she said the words 'I'and 'me' 30 times per minute.

"It's like you know, I want a job that's right for me you know, I actually worked hard to get that degree, so I'd expect to find a workplace where I can find some new challenges and really develop myself you know..."

The white knight that was eating with her was just nodding all the time, she did all the talking.

All I took away from their one-sided conversation: she has no job but thinks she deserves a good job because she's such a hard worker!

I hope all these entitled pricks get their wake-up call.

I like this man... but hair or no hair, idk... I am just honestly sick of people. I have a couple good friends that I've known since childhood that I see every so often and that's it. I just like working, dogs and being alone.

a lot more grit from me than your average person because of preexisting social anxiety. and my point was it wouldn't be worth it, i'd need a 10k+ transplant as far as i know for even passable hair.

thats the red pill shookwun, i've only seen the looks of academics and ofc they tend to be uglier/mediocre looking but managers and bosses and other non-academic high paying jobs tend to have that stock photo winning smile aesthetic look.

I feel your pain man. A couple of months ago I lost my 15 year old cat. The last 8 months before his death were rough with me shoving pills down his throat to battle his heart disease. Poor thing literally died right in front of me from what I am assuming was a heart attack. Fucked me up pretty bad...

i just saw this guy on facebook complaining he had a job interview for a boring position, and had angst and existential dread. just lawl. you don't know existential dread until you realize you are doomed to be a loser in society's eyes for life. and that seems to almost always be the case
