Important question, can someone please help?

I am really worried. I have been on Propecia for close to four years, and am now 26. I have slowed it down I think and have held an NW2 but the hairs that fall out daily are thick, dark and healthy, rather than thin, vellus hairs that everyone says you should shed. Could I be experiencing an adverse reaction from the Propecia, such as reflex hyperandrogenicity that causes normal hair to come out that wouldn't otherwise? If so, can I reverse it by quitting or is this normal even on the med? I would hate to think I've wasted this whole time worsening my hairloss.

I think you just answered your own question. If your not going bald then dont worry what the shed hairs look like.

Well I have slowed it I think but I am still losing hair. More importantly, the hairs are dark.
