In France some dermatologists refuse to give propecia

Knew you had some form of agenda v. Finasteride. My experience has been directly opposite to yours, and while I sympathize, I cannot say it's a good thing to portray Finasteride as ineffective.

Fina regrew most of my hair and I've suffered no side effects. For you, it didn't do much, and that sucks, but isn't it worth trying if you can get my results as opposed to yours?

England don't exactly = France, though, even if that is true.

What I was getting at is that no one was claiming that Americans only buy meds that are researched and created in the states.

I don't have an agenda with Finasteride, I wish it had worked for me. But, Taking a hormone-altering drug for a prolonged period of time and at a relatively young age, I think it is wise to have concern. Even the dermatologist I went to had concerns about its long-term use.
