Yes i was thinking to start taking it so i read the bibliography and see a lot of side effects, not such a light drug to take for a long time..
I took isotretionin for acne 10 years ago and it doesn't stop hairloss, actually i had no male pattern baldness before talking it and after i stopped i began balding, anecdotal reports that it cam cause early onset male pattern baldness for those that will be prone to balding. Me and my older brother both took it and both are balding, my eldest brother never took it and has a full head of hair so i have my doubts.

I was 20years old full head of hair when i took it, it could be a coincidence that the brother that didnt take it didnt get male pattern baldness of course. You are telling yourself , isotretinoin protected you all this year , I bet you are no the only balding guy in your family

My father has nw1 hairline and my brother nw1.5, both thick hair, look it could all be coincidence, i will never know.

Granpa ? Isotretinoin don't create male pattern baldness, as you can see on the abstract posted, it inhibit DHT. When it cause Hair loss, it is at high doses and it is not male pattern baldness patron.My father has nw1 hairline and my brother nw1.5, both thick hair, look it could all be coincidence, i will never know.
Also, funny enought, that comments always are " AFTER I stopped isotretinoin " never, not a single one " while I was on isotretinoin .
If you give to somebody Finasteride for 10 years, and then stop it, then started male pattern baldness, you can't say the same. Which is a none sense.
