I use five.

When I used 15 I ordered from minoxidil max, but they don't deliver to the USA.

I use 5% minoxidil once a day, but 4x a normal dose. (something like 4.5ml total)
Kirkland liquid.
I've found it to be effective. So if increasing the % isn't an option for whatever reason, upping the dose is another option that can still allow one to use it once a day with (hopefully) good results.
