Increasing proscar dosage

Hi guys, heres my situation. Been on proscar fourths for about 3 years and during the last year my hair all over my head has thinning drastically. Anyone out there upped their dosage to say a fourth in the mourning to a fourth at night and had positive results or should I move to bigger guns like avodart? Advice would be appreciated.

There would be no benefit in doing this. Although finestride would be in the blood for longer it effects at suppressing 5AR (DHT) wouldnt noticeably be changed because it take over a week for dht to return to normal in the body.
