Time-restricted starts at 12h. Should be doing 16h to see noticeable improvements in insulin sensitivity.I've been doing time restricted eating for over a year now, and nothing changed.

Any non-hair benefits?
Well it has many benefits.
-It mimics calorie restriction and activates a gene that is responsible for longevity.
-It fights insulin resistance, which in turn fights blood glucose and thus type 2 diabetes
-good for gut health and lets your stomach rest for a couple of hours
- autophagy: which strengthens cells and recycles bad cells
-raises test and muscle growth
-fights high blood pressure
-lose fat
-...... and so on.
