dude, we don't have "clear dates' don't get your hopes up
for me, it's the same.. if it's 2009, 2010 or 2012.. I won't be in the first line.. I will wait for 3-5 years and check others opinions. so most probably, I will do it on 2015 (and they are telling me I am not thinking ahead :D)

excuse me for my language, but what is "top-up"?

He said that the patient has to go back for "top ups" after the surgery.

Does that mean that you clone you hair, get alot of hair and cure your baldness but you have to came back to the clinic to do "top-ups" which i think it´s about correcting something which means the costs of the treatment will rise with the habitual journey to the clinic.

Or am i wrong?

I'm assuming that since we'll still be susceptible, thanks to genetics, to baldness (we'll still have all that DHT and other good stuff in our veins) that we'll continue to thin. Therefore, we'd "top-up" the ares as they thin to maintain a thick, dense head of hair. Sort of like Botox injection touch-ups. Yes... sounds like an escalating cost. I'm only guessing though... context clues and what not.
