so with intercytex at the moment, they are currently working on the transplanting side am i correct?.

or are they implanting roots which may grow hair?

basically: is it a transplant? or is it something else?

Intercytex is injecting cells not transplanting follicles. But if you read through their website you should already know that.

so a hair transplant is transplanting follicles, and intercytex is injecting cells.... i'm starting to get the picture now. it's a different technique all together. i have read through their website, but i'm still very unclear on some of the things.

thanks for clearing that up for me.

so with HM will the person still need to take finasteride?
also you say transplanted hair can never be as thick or as natural looking as transplanted hair, is it the same with HM or will it lead to much thicker and natural looking hair?

It should look like the hair where you biopsy was taken from. This is usaly from the back of your head where also the transplant hair is harvested. The question about the density should be answered in the trials. Anything less than 50 or 60 hairs per cm2 would be cosmeticaly unacceptable in my oppinion.
