Ok, firstly, I don't buy into the "laser comb grows hair" thing but before I get to it, a little background.

I have been on minoxidil for about 4 years and I just got on finasteride 51 days ago. The minoxidil has done a "fair" job (at best) and I still await any finasteride results. I'm not really posting about those things.

The laser comb....my wife bought it for me as a goof. I never gave it any respect but it was hanging around dormant in my living room and I picked it up on a lark about 4 months ago and started to use it as I watched tv every night. I didn't use it because I thought it would work but rather because it feels good to run through my hair. It's like a tv watching massage and it became a habit for me.

But here's the thing....my hair has Never been thicker as it is right now. Not so much in a regrow kind of way but as in a healthier, thicker hair shaft kind of way. In other words, the hair I already have has improved dramatically from how it was months ago. My actual hair is denser, not the scalp.

I can't credit the minoxidil as I've been on that for years and pretty much have gotten whatever results it was going to give me and it can't be the finasteride as I only just got on it a few weeks ago. The only thing I could think of that may have done it is the laser comb!

Perhaps this is what it was meant to do in the first place? I was always first in line to scoff at a laser comb but I also have to be honest. It seems to have helped my hair situation. Now I just hope my finasteride experience works out well. I'll let you know if 3-6 months!
