Notice how the top portion of his ear is pinned to the head while the bottom region, and lobe sticks out.

Forgot to have a lobe reduction, and have it attached to the ear afterwards.

This the same problem I have. My corners(temples) are fucked, I hope I can get at least 1000-1500 grafts on there. Having a high hairline is not bad because you still have a frame.
