Why are you doing that? Are you overweight?

Yeah im overweight, i used to be thin as f***, underweight actually but since being on certain meds for 6 years or so i piled on the weight. Planning to get it done and over with within 3 months hopefully and be back down to a reasonable weight.

You’d be better off using Cinnamon Ceylon to lower blood sugar.

With IF you can become more insuline sensitive while insuilne resistence is linked to hair loss. Insuline decreases SHBG (which is lower in people with androgenetic alopecia ) and low SHBG allow your DHT to become free in blood and the more SHBG the better since it has very high affinities to DHT but except the theory I dont know if it benefits hair. Definitly decreasing protein intake will make it worse for your hair.

Like every diet, of course its gonna affect your hairloss.
If you do the 16/8 daily, in a few months you should drop some kg's and raised free T because of the aromatase enzyme, which is partially stored in your fat.
IF brings alot of positive things, but its not exactly friend of your hair.
Carbs and fats are.
