Is a Calcium Supplement Necessary? Question

Hi everyone,

I’ve been thinking about adding a calcium supplement to my daily routine, but I’m not sure if it’s necessary. I’m in my early 30s, generally healthy, and try to get calcium from food like dairy and leafy greens. I came across some info on etnawellness that suggests many people don’t get enough calcium from diet alone, which can lead to bone issues later in life.

Should I start taking a supplement now, or is it overkill? Also, are there any side effects or best times to take it? Would love to hear any advice or personal experiences!
