Is HALTING hair loss a success?

If I'm no longer losing hair in the shower etc.. or minimal (under 10 a day)

Does this mean the product is working and worth using?

Im using Revivogen.

Of course it's a success, even not halting it but just slowing it down is a success to some extent....

I'm just using Revita shampoo (And Saw Palmetto, but it's the crap cheap dried stuff which I don't think is having any effect, I'm just taking it to use the bottle up). 3-4 weeks and I'm 90% certain I'm shedding less hairs than before. My hair doesn't look any better (It wouldn't in 3-4 weeks whether any meds were working or not) but the shampoo makes it feel and look better cosmetically (Nice and soft lol). And it's a lot nicer seeing fewer hairs come out.

I'm planning on giving it a few months (My hair loss isn't too bad and not aggressive) and if things get worse (It's not a case of 'if things don't get better, I'm perfectly happy just maintaining) I'll consider propecia.

dont waste anytime Hammer, get on propecia ASAP. although propecia starts 'working' straight away it will take several months of a low DHT environment in your scalp for your hair to improve & after that its more months before any regrowth is noticeable. the sooner u get on propecia the better.

I do want to but the following things are of concern.

-Cost (I could only afford generics)
-Generics - Read a few stories of dodgey ones
-Shedding - Sounds psychologically crippling! lol
-I've also read stories of it messing up the hairline? Which is my problem, slighty recession but quite a bit of thinning at temples

For these reasons I'm really 60/40 on starting next month....or waiting until 'I've got nothing to lose' e.g. it becomes noticeable.

ok so uve read a few stories- thats understandable.

but ive read lots of stories & im afraid revivogen isnt medically proven or anything. if you are worried about cost ud save a bit by not using revivogen.

shedding on propecia isnt unheard of but its very rarely extreme as some of the scare stories. i myself have had a bit of minor shedding- nothing to write a horror story about though & it stopped within a couple o' weeks.

as it stands your hairline is only going one way & that is backwards- propecia WONT destroy it & at the very least it should slow the receding down.

UPDATE:

Tonight after applying Revivogen I found about 7-15 short hairs on my fingers.

I don't if its the shed from stopping minoxidil has slowed down (stopped it cold turkey 4.5 months ago)

Or the Revivogen is working.. been on it for 3.5 months

Using your timing logic.. what do you think?

I doubt it.

I shave my head with a razor blade.

It grows to about 1/2 cm before I shave again

And 1/2cm hairs r falling out

So any hair thats falling out musn't be from minoxidil.
