Is it ok if I switch to finasteride if I'm doing dutasteride mesotherapy?

Tbh ever since adding ketoconazole shampoo shedding is under 10 again in shower. It has decreased shedding drastically. I leave it in for 10 min before i wash it out. But i dont use standard nizoral shamooo i use a special one with ketoconazole.

I'm using a cheap one and my hair is crap now.

Yes it dries out thr hair. But mine is more gentle.

Shampoo is in my regimen. Best shampoo i ever used. It does dry hair abit but absolutely not like standard ketoconazole shampoo.
