looks fine to me go on finestrinide tablets and minoxidil but u may be to young

Imo no hair loss at all, do not take any medication- see a doctor if possible. The small hairs at the front are normal.

Sorry for my bad english, english isnt my mother language. It is a permanent solution? I have read somewhere that if you stop taking finestrinide and minoxidil, hair will begin to fall again

You do need to go and see a Trichologist for advice as i said earlier it looks fine to me doesn't look like you have lost any.
See what they say about it if it bothers you that much but do some research to get a good one.

Looks like you have a maturing hairline. Mature hairlines are still balding and can get worse over time so keep an eye on it, but don't worry about it too much, you aren't going bald any time soon. Look into finasteride when you're in your late teens / early 20s if you notice more loss.

Are you really 58? how is the hair looking now? you don't have finasteride or dutasteride in your regimen?
