Im about a year away from 20 years of age.

I heard ketoconazole shampoo was good for fungal acne - if its in those skin colored small bumps. Does it work for the regular big red spots too?

There is not such thing as fungal acne . That is some stupid thinking “ ketoconazole is an anti fungal, it works for acne, so must be fungal acne “ . But never stop a secons to think , what other properties Ketoconazole have ? may be is an antiandrogen too ? . It work for acne, the only an one real acne that is androgen dependent as Androgenetic Alopecia aka male pattern baldness is .
In fact, if you read pubmed , they are considering in a list of antiandrogen and CB-03 and other antiandrogens .

It really dont have much sense, you are showing too total diffefent skins , both are simple acne and there tons of degree of acne .
