If you gonna use saw palmetto combine it with pygeum, and nettle....look for supps with prostate help written on them as they contain good mixtures of other stuff in them.

I was going to say don't forget to use Nettle, possibly pygeum if you can without sides. Also I think the dosage for saw palmetto is 3000mg for hair.
