"wider shoulders" what the f***. Do you honestly think that you can change your skeletal structure?? Should have written that he should gain a few inches of height and work on his skull to fit his bald head aswell. At the end of your post you even backpeddle and say he'd look way younger with SMP!

Yeah once you become a bald man you have to improve every other aesthetic as much as you can, you can no longer get away with not being ripped and still expect to look good or have sexual value.

im talking bout gaining muscle, wider...what else can you do to make yourself gain some confidence? you can not grow in height , but u can in muscle , beard.... you want to grow facial muscles here buy this.... been thinking of starting this...

we all have different views on that... i stopped taking that... didnt feel the same working out, mood always changing, brain fog....down the road when you get older your penis def. wont be the same, and when that happens , wheres your confidence after?
