Is there anything I can do about my receding hairline at 15?

Even in that old photo your hairline was kind of wonky and uneven. I think what's happened to you is that your entire hairline has moved up your forehead a couple of centimetres. Some people mistake a maturing hairline for a NW2, in which case that would be bad, but you're not anywhere near a NW2
Dude but thats male pattern baldness then

I have only had to worry about hair loss for a month, and it's messed me up, and you've been worrying for two years, seriously dude, just try not to think about it

People are just trolling you because they see you're paranoid and you post a lot. Seriously, the best thing you could do now is to not come onto these forums or Reddit to ask about your hair, because it's unhealthy for you and people will troll you.

This is the last time I'll reply to you, but I'm telling you, you need to try and stop thinking. Your hair is fine for now, and it is thick AF. You have no need to worry. Just keep monitoring it and you'll be fine

Yeah don't respond to him. He is mentally unwell and needs professional help. He won't listen to anyone besides the few trolls who fear monger him. I can't even blame them because it gets on my nerves too. This sh*t is going on for at least a year now.

get topical alfatriodol off ebay an use it on the scalp daily. Also, make do it yourself zix. If you have questions on how to make zix, please message the user here named Worm. Lastly, use castor oil on the scalp too to stimukate growth. These should help

You could get a friend or someone who is over 18 to buy you rogaine and a dermaroller.

Zix, alfatradiol, and castor oil are good options too.

The center of the hairline is most concerning because you can tell the density is fading and it's starting to get more circular. The temples don't look as bad to me actually, they are losing a little bit of density, but they might stop at the mature range (still square). There are no guarantees though. And in his case, at 15, you can almost be sure he's going to lose more over the next 20 years. If he was 25 I wouldn't be as concerned by the rate of progression, but even then I'd still recommend treatment as a preventative measure. The goal for a lot of us is to avoid NW3-4 by 25-30, and if you're already beyond a NW1 at 15 then I'd take some action. You can either sit around and watch it fall out, or you can commit to doing something about it. You can always switch to something more convenient like oral minoxidil or finasteride once you are old enough.

You lost pretty much a lot of density, dont worry, I had almost the same density like you when I was 15, or even worse. Its kinda bad today though. So be proactive, and as soon as you can, start finasteride/duta and/or AAs.
