Is this the level of blood what i should strive for after 1.5mm microneedling and do i wash my head with water after or leave the blood to dry?!

Misunderstanding then i guess i just bleed easier cause i can draw blood at less than 1mm. At 2mm i would droop blood but yeah from your pic i cant really tell how much blood was drawn it looks cleaned out and only the erythema is visible but im wrong and thnx for clarifying.

I have a very clear layer of dried blood all over the scalp + at some areas it look very dense. Like bro I'm just confused, I dont want to say "Haha look at me I have a bloodier scalp" as if it is some status symbol but mine does look a sh*t load bloodier

Also, the Doctor tells me the mesotherapy has vitamins and minerals probably some generic sh*t

Its obvious theres a lot more damage on you but if you look closely its pretty clear how red some precise spots are on me which i cant find on you and keep in mind its theoretically only 1.5mm granted theres no doubt your session is a lot more how you are supposed to look like after microneedling anw doesnt matter il do a heavy 2mm session when my 12 needle cartridges arrive and see what happens

hmm are you flaking a lot a few days later? Do you use moisturizer to counteract this? I think the less needles the better as each individual needle gets more power from the machine and get penetrated deeper into the hard scalp skin

really? i started numbing cream cuz i cant stand the pain at 2.5mm anymore.

I can't answer precise questions but try this. Find a scar somewhere and start micro-needling it once a week. You might very well see it scab over each time. That's how I got the feel of what pressure to use. I don't think the gauge matters very much. But since my scar tissue was healing so well I have just maintained the same pressure. With the higher gauges I am sure that I barely push at all. D.R. seems to work regardless but ymmv.

I would say just keep trying and your body will provide feedback. I just got back from the dermatologist and I got a big thumbs up on my facial DR results.

I had my wig on. That's the irony. Until I have perfect corners, the wig still gets better reactions. Of course, we are wearing masks but I get called honey and sweety and darling by all of the folks I see when out and about. I should be offended but nah, I like it....

Since its a doctor i woudlnt care about showing him my head but even when i did they just looked at it for a few seconds and prescribed me minoxidil lol. Il dm you later today or maybe tomorrow so keep an eye on that.

2mm needling performed by a dermatologist. Took around half an hour and it was quite painful

Where are you based? What was the cost of that?
